Customer support

Support for gifts made through God Bless Cuba on this site. Write to godblesscuba@qvapay.com.

How to reach us

Email godblesscuba@qvapay.com with the email address you used to give and, if you have it, the donation id from your receipt. We answer within two business days, usually the same day. Never put card, bank or ID numbers in an email.

Gifts on this site are received by DFXDataCorp, a Delaware corporation, 132 Barbaree Way, Tiburon, CA 94920, United States. The research atlas around it is published by QvaPay, Inc. (see Contact for atlas, press and partner questions).

What you will see on your statement

A card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link or U.S. bank (ACH) gift is processed by Stripe for DFXDataCorp and appears as a single charge for the amount you chose. Your card or bank statement shows it as DFXDATACORP; the checkout line reads “God Bless gift”. ACH gifts take 4 to 5 business days to clear and your receipt arrives once they do. PayPal gifts are processed through QvaPay’s PayPal merchant (SkyMind LLC). Wires and ACH sent to DFXDataCorp carry the GBC reference we gave you. If you do not recognise a charge, write to us before disputing it with your bank: we can match it in minutes, and a dispute delays the charity’s remittance.

Receipts

A receipt is emailed from godblesscuba@qvapay.com as soon as the payment is confirmed, within minutes for card, PayPal, crypto and QvaPay balance, and when the money arrives for bank transfers and wires. Check spam first; then ask us for a copy and we will resend it to the address on the gift.

Refunds and mistakes

Gave twice, typed the wrong amount, or picked the wrong charity? Email us within 14 days. If the gift has not yet been remitted to the charity, we refund it to the original payment method or move it to the charity you meant, your choice. Once a gift has been remitted to the charity’s QvaPay account it belongs to the charity; we will pass your request on, but the decision is theirs.

How your gift reaches the charity

Every dollar is recorded against the charity you chose. DFXDataCorp receives the gift and remits it in QUSD (QvaPay’s U.S.-dollar balance) to that charity’s own QvaPay account on a regular schedule, after payment-processor fees shown to you before you paid. We charge no platform fee. Running totals per charity are public on the God Bless Cuba page.

Gifts made through God Bless Cuba are not tax-deductible: DFXDataCorp is not a tax-exempt organization, and donations to Cuba-based Catholic charities are not currently tax-deductible.

Your data
